Four Language panel were used for Rangoon. This panel had languages namely Burmese, Urdu, Tamil and Chinese.

Since Gandhi was in prison because of his civil disobedience movement he could not attend it either. This conference ended on 24th November 1932 without achieving anything. |
| 9/24/1932 | Poona Pact' was signed between Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. This historical agreement allowed increased representation for untouchables. Also, Gandhi ended his fast. |
