Mallikharjuna B. 9/10/2015 City: tempe	Hi ,My mother is travelling from LA to Chennai via London on 0ct- 18th in British airways. She can take care of herself but need a little help access gates and talk to Security as she can speak Telugu and does not know much English.If you have a small kid and need some help to manage the kid she can do that. please let me know if any one travelling to Chennai via the route I mentioned. Ranja G. 9/10/2015 City: santa clarita	U can contact the airline for special assistance and they can provide someone to escort your mother from the gates to the aircraft. And if u ask for it then the airline will again provide someone to escort her to the connecting flight from London. Hope this helps
