Shruthi A. 3/9/2015 City: huntington beach	Im trying to apply for Change of Status from H4 to H1. I am considering Artesia Soft, an IT training firm who also process H1 applications. The place is run by one Israel Rapuri from Hyderabad. I havent heard about him from anyone I know. He is asking for cash down payment of $5k. I dont know if I should commit to this. IT T. 8/6/2015 City: Los Angeles	Israel Rapuri of Artesia Soft is a BIG FRAUD. I wasted $2500 to take SAP training from his institute. It was totally a wrong decision by me as I didnt know his reality before. At first meeting, he hypnotised me by giving assurance of Job, Placement assistance..bla bla bla..But I was far away from his reality. He is a big fraud, liar, spam, unprofessional man who himself doesnt have any real time company experience. He has got a FAKE certificate from a FAKE institute in Hyderabad, India, thats it!. And dont even know how to teach SAP / QA. I didnt know this truth before and wasted all my money BUT dont want anyone else to do a waste investment for a FAKE person. He has his institute in the heart of Artesia and its best for him to get Indian crowd gets attracted easily. Right place for him to sit is in JAIL actually.
Happy 1. 3/22/2015 City: Costa Mesa	Im also looking for IT consulting jobs but I wonder why you need to switch to H1B from H4. From this may H4 will get EAD if your spouse has i140 approved or more than 6 years of stay in H1B status.

You were right, he was hurrying me up to pay up yesterday quoting that time is short for doing education evaluation and preparing the entire LCA documentation before Apr 1 (valid point I guess). But then I found these external references about the firm. Totally unprofessional response. First bluntly refused to go through with my application. Then he asked me where i get these stupid info. He didnt even try to convince/coax me. Now theres still a chance he would sincerely file my LCA and it may even go through. But his illogical reaction put me off. Im relieved I didnt fall for it.
Neetu s. 3/10/2015 City: west Covina	I am also looking for such consultants but yes eveyone asks more than 5k. Dont blindly trust them. Unless and until you know anyone who has filled previously its better not to go for such consultancy.
