Hi,I am moving to Culver city in two months. Need some help/advice on the following:* How safe is Culver city/Los Angeles? I will be living with my wife and 6 month old kid.* Which are the good indian community areas to stay near Culver city?* What is the average rent?* Does it have a good public transport?Thanks in advance!!!
Am living in culver city from last 15months ...some areas are not good & in my opinion apartments in palms and Venice(90034) are the safest u also have Indian restaurants and grocery shops with in a mile.Buses to UCLA ,Westwood, Santa Monica & culver city are available and icing on cake is Metro which is in walkable distance.i guess Rents of the apartments are high compared to Torrance . But few apartments here are reasonable . I use to live in 2bed which was 2000 per month and now shifted to 1bed which is around 1700 ... U also have cheaper apartments 2bed 1700 and 1bed 1500 but they lil small in sqft. Hope this helped u in choosing your apartment :)
