Semi sweet Chocolate chip (or any other chocolate) 1 cup
White vanilla Chocolate chip1 cup
2 tsp vegetable oil (shortening)
Sprinkles of your choice
1. Gently rinse strawberries and dry on paper towels (completely dry all the strawberries).
2.Melt chocolate chips white and dark both in a separate bowl over low heat each one with 1 tsp of oil in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
3.You will get pouring consistency chocolate.
4.Insert toothpicks in each strawberry.
5.Dip lower half of each strawberry into chocolate mixture; allow excess to drip back into bowl.
6.Place on waxed paper-lined tray.
7.Decorate with sprinkles, nuts or any design of your choice.
8.Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm, or until ready to serve.
