Ingredients

BoiledChickpeas                     2 cups
Finelychopped Cucumber        1 cup
Choppedcherry tomatoes        ½ cup
Finelychopped green chilies    3 no.
LemonJuice                           1 Tablespoon

Masalas
BlackSalt (Kala Namak)          a Pinch
Salt                                       ToTaste
ChatMasala Powder                ½ Tsp.
Redchili Powder                      aPinch.

Decoration.
ChoppedCoriander leaves        1 Tablespoon.

Method: 
  • Soakthe Kabuli chana (chick pea) overnight for 6-8 hours.
  • Boilit in a pressure cooker with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp turmeric powder. Wait till 3whistles. Allow the boiled Kabuli chana to cool.
  • Takea big bowl and add above ingredients, except coriander.
  • Addall Masala and lemon juice. Decorate with Coriander leaves
  • Mixwell , serve  immediately.
  • Enjoythe healthy snack.


Tips: 
  • Youcan use tinned Garbanzos also.
  • Youcan add, tamarind and green chutney.
  • Youcan add boiled peanuts and boiled potato also.
