It develops mental and physical toughness, keeps the body nimble and strong, develops self-confidence, etc. I think its important that Indians understand that education is not the ONLY important thing in life. I know many already know this, but just want to emphasize that extra-curricular activities are nourishment for the soul as well. I am in the DTLA area starting next month and would like to start this activity on weekends.
